On the left side, it is not using the sidebar widgets and is using the default.

However on the right side, it is using widgets. As you can see from the picture, there is a small space where there shouldn't be. It needs to look like the left in terms of spacing. So I need the space removed for all widgets i use.

Any ideas why this is happening? I've been playing with the CSS and widget PHP (removing the "$before_title . $title . $after_title" because I thought it had something to do with blank titles)

No, it's not the PHP, ignore that. It's CSS. But without a URL, it's hard to be more precise.

Yea, I unfortunately can't give the URL (government site), but thanks, I'll look at the CSS.

Try the "web developer" add-on for Firefox for help figuring out which div's margins to edit.

Can't give us a government URL? But it's our government. We own it. :-P

Anyway, it's not hard to find: http://mli.nih.gov/pubchem/

You don't appear to be using widgets at the moment, did you decide against them, or are you testing widgets on an internal version instead?

Forgot how easy it is to pull stuff from the internet, haha. :P

But yea, I am testing widgets on an internal version and making sure it looks right before sending it out.

Thanks for the suggestion adamrbrown, I will get the web developer add-on. Do you know what's the name of the add-on exactly? I tried typing "web-developer" in search on the add-on site but it didn't show up.

It's called just that: Web Developer.

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60

It has several handy features for CSS manipulation, including a very nice way of editing CSS in real time on any given webpage, so you can try things until you get it right.
