I discovered there is a big space between the text of a post and the comment link. See http://www.revolver.nl/blog. I am not a specialist in HTML code, so would appreciate if someone can explain me where to change this.

It's coming from your Facebook Like plugin. Try adding:
#wp_fb_like_button {height:auto!important;}to your theme's stylesheet.
