Of course I answer my own question as soon as I post this. I didn't have anything clicked for sortable, I'll leave that here in case anyone else is stupid enough to make the same mistake.

My original post is still below
    --------------------------------------------------

Hello. I'm using Participants database for my podcast website to display characters from video games and it has been doing everything I need, but I've ran into a problem.

I have gotten the [pdb_list] page default to alphabetical order but would love to give the viewers the option to sort by. Reading through these posts, I noticed it should look like this: [pdb_list sort="true"], but when I put this on a page, it does absolutely nothing. I see it working on other peoples pages.

My line looks like this currently
    [pdb_list search="true" orderby="character_name" order="asc" sort="true"]

I've tried it in all combinations of this, but still cannot get the sort box to appear.

I am running the newest version of both WordPress and PD.
