• Is there any way I can add some form of sorting function in my NextGen gallery, without having to add HTML code in a widget and then creating a new page for each tag?

I have a blog about nail polish hosted on WordPress, and I really want a nice gallery of all the nail polishes I’ve photographed so far. I also want my readers to able to sort all photos on either color or brand. When I first started, I eventually had to add a drop down list and an OK button to the side column of my blog, each Option was connected to a Page on which I had posted the Tag slug for the specific option.

It works, but it means a new page for each brand, and for each color. It ended up being about 50 or so pages, and it was just too much to maintain.

I’ve tried another gallery plugin for a little while now, which I’m not so very happy with, although it only takes up one page and can be “sorted” on brand (that is, I need to create a new album for each brand), and I really, really want a smooth solution for this.

Does anyone know if it’s even possible to do this?

    Thanks,
    Emelie James
