    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I can see two potential problems here:
    Something on your site is making WordPress load an old version of the jQuery JavaScript library from the Google CDN, instead of using the up-to-date version that ships with WordPress.
    This could be another plugin or the theme. To find out what it is, I recommend to switch to the WordPress default theme TwentyTwelve and deactivate other plugins one-by-one, until the problem disappears.

    The other problem is some JavaScript code that runs before the elements that it needs, namely some JS code that validates the signup form in the sidebar.
