Sort Order problem

Since updating to WordPress 3.5.2, sorting by menu_order doesn’t seem to work.

Here’s the shortcode I’m using
[property_overview bottom_pagination_flag=true sorter=on per_page=5 sort_by=menu_order sort_order=ASC]
