Sorry, we are unable to retrieve the document for… problem.

Hi,

I get the google window thing to load but instead of seeing the document (word) I have uploaded I see this text:

“Sorry, we are unable to retrieve the document for viewing or you don’t have permission to view the document.”,

It used to work perfectly (almost, too slow but it’s ok).
