Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid. Reset Passowrd problem

    Hi,

    Can’t retrieve a lost password as it just states that the key is invalid. There must be a fix for this. Any ideas? Thanks.

    One of them is bound to work.

    Thanks james. I’m using the automatic reset password and receive an email to reconfigure. I have multiple users This is why i need a patch maybe or something. I need to get the automatic feature functioning.

    Hi,

    Does anyone have a proven solution for this problem. The problem is I have more than one user and therefore I can’t just use a solution that only pertains to me. Thanks
