   I forgot my password and used the reset password option from the wordpress login page got the email followed the link to reset my password and now can't login at all I get a white page with message "Sorry, but you have no permissions to change settings.
   "

   Can someone tell me what file I need to set permissions for on my server or what I need to do?

   Did you request the ID/Password for the admin ID? Sounds like you didn't.

   Try putting in 'admin' as the ID you need the password for.
