   Hi guys,

   I am running multiple WP installations on the same (shared) server, all with the same template & pretty much the same widgets.

   Site #1 is here
   Site #2 is here

   See the difference in speed? Site 1 is fine while Site 2 is so slow it's unbelievable.

   I've installed and configured (to the best of my ability) WP cache & minify but it doesn't seem to made any difference.

   Mysql_slow_logs

   I have a lot of mysql_slow_log files but I'm not entirely sure what to do with them since I've tried repairing & optimising the table via phpmyadmin & there is no errors listed & it doesn't help the speed!

   Site #1 loaded in 699 ms with a total (compressed) size of 14,836 bytes and Site #2 loaded in 260 ms with a total (compressed) size of 9,067 bytes.

   Despite that fact that Site #1 is actually larger and loads slower, the difference of 439 ms (0.439 seconds) is barely noticeable.
