    I was able to get wp-keitaimail up and running on 1.5, but am having a couple problems.

    I tried sending messages from my Sony Ericsson s710 phone, and the script gets them, but will only post the subject from them. It wont take any of the text from the email body and post it on the website. Has anyone been able to get this working with email sent from the default email application included with SE phones?

    Another problem related to the above is that it wont handle the pictures that I attach to the email.

    Just to make sure it was set up properly, I sent an email from my desktop computer. When sent as “plain text” it works perfectly, but sending as HTML causes the text to double post along with some code.

    If anyone has this working, please help 🙂 Maybe I could try your version of xmlrpc.php

    Well, I just tried sending via MMS, and that works perfect (aside from Cingular adding some “this is what an mms is….blahblah…blah…” text to the message. Picture works fine and everything. I’m on a mission to find something that can parse and post an email and pictures to the blog with WordPress/keitaimail. I would use Johns improved wp-mail, but it doesn’t create thumbnails and stuff yet.

    how did you get keitaimail to work with 1.5? i was just trying it for a friend and ran into the following problems:
    class-xmlrpc.php was missing so i copied that from a 1.2 installation, but then i was getting an error with mimedecode that said something like “use of $this here is illegal” or something like that. so i gave up.

    any hints?
