Can you confirm both your devices are running iOS6?
Also does the demo player at http://www.galaxybrass.com.au/audio-demo/ work properly on your devices?
And finally, please can you send a link to your site so I can see if its something isolated to your site only or a problem with the player for everyone on iOS6?

Apologies, the iPad is running OS 5.1.1. The iPhone is running OS 6.0.1
I checked the link and it plays on both devices.

Ok cool… have checked your link and the problem is the filepath of the mp3…. actually this link doesn’t work on web browsers on the computer that are trying to use the mp3 either (eg Chrome) – so it’s not an iOS issue, it’s a problem with the filepath.
Your ogg link works fine – http://www.new.rhondalynnviolin.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/track1.ogg
But your mp3 link does not exist – http://rhondalynnviloin.com/files/track1.mp3
Fix this up and I think you’ll find it works 🙂

Hi,
Weird, that link works in my browser. Is it maybe because the file hierarchy was different? As in the plugin need the wordpress path?
At any rate, I uploaded the file to the new install and the file now plays on both iPad and iPhone.
Now to look into the resizing issue I’m having 🙂
