Approximately 1 month i get a issue with my wordpress links namely:
When i lick and load my wordpress pages/posts thay are ok, thay work corectly but after thay finish the load it`s appear something like: #.Bt5YBQFlmPJ after the link on my browser!
I dont make any changes to my wordpress links/blog, just happened and i dont know why!
Can someone please help me and tell what is happends and why i get this issue?

It's a plugin issue. Try deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin.
