Recently I've been having problems with having my theme description display correctly. It's seems that it wants to place all of the style.css comments all within the title area. And then it displays it a second time below the title.

Make sure you're using the right kind of line breaks. Unix or Windows style, depending on your host.

Posted 1 year ago #Yep, that was the problem. I had it set on Mac, but as soon as I switched to UNIX it started to work. Thanks!
