Something went wrong after updating to 1.8.3

Hi,
after updating the plugin to 1.8.3 something went wrong and I can’t understand what exactly. With the previous versions everything was OK but now there is a floating on my front page. Something is resizing the page and there is a side scroll and I couldn’t find the reason. Please help!
