   Hello! I am looking for someone who can convert a simple HTML template created by me into a WordPress theme. I can pay if necessary, but if so the price would have to be pretty low, I am talking under £20.

   The theme as I said is really simple, it uses some CSS 3 and is the HTML is in XHTML 1.0 Strict.
