   Someone has been logging into and posting as me on my WordPress blog and posting articles with backlinks in them. It has happened twice in the past 24 hours after I upgraded to WordPress 3.04.

   Can someone please help???

   It does not allow me to change my username. I have changed my password twice.

   You should able to change user name in database using phpmyadmin

   I changed the username and password. Today the hacker posted as me again!

   I don't know what to do??? I've changed ny Cpanel password as well. Maybe the hacker has installed some software on my server that lets him do this?

   Can someone help?

   I have had a similar problem - people were able to post comments under someone else's name.

   I suggest that you turn off your caching plugin and empty the cache - it did it for me.

   nhowarth - thanks for trying to help. The problem is more serious when someone is actually writing posts as you compared with someone just posting comments as someone else.

   You need check with your host and see if they can help you as they can log in in your account and check it out.
