niquesastari had someone design/build a site for me (www.treasuringtresses.com). To log in I use an username and password. On the dashboard I am able to write(post), add/delete media, links, pages and comments. I have limited access to the plug-ins. With the subscribe2 plug in I can see the # of recipients who've registered but I cannot manage them (delete, confirm, or see their email addresses, etc). Since it is my site and I am the one who will be doing all the posting and updating is there a way for me to gain complete access to my site (since the person who built it wont give me over the info).
If this help, I host my own domain and I do have access to the ftp files. I am not a fluent in coding and this web designing stuff so any info on how I can gain full access to my site would be very helpful.
