Some translation problems and adding text under header?

    Firstly, Hi (:
    I cant translate some words such as “Type and Wait to Search” in search bar, and “0 Responses to “Betty Blue””.

    And also i add some text under the header, but sidebar goes ahead with it. How can i solve this two problems?
