Good evening,
I am working for an IT company where we build all kind of web applications. a few years ago we had the the focus on tailor made applications (php or .NET) but now we are focussing more on open source standards (Joomla, Umbraco etc).
For a new project our customer wants to use WordPress as a CMS with a couple of non-standard extras. Because I am not really expercienced with WordPress I am wondering if these extras are already possible in some way using plugins or maybe it's already a standard feature in WordPress.
Below I have a list of requirements:
- 1 cms, to maintain multiple (3) websites;
- Add content in the cms and choose on which website it should be published (only 1 or on multiple websites);
- Configure multiple contact forms with different fields;
- Configure different kind of content pages (news, profiles, content etc)
- Create member logins for secured content;
- Webshop module;
- Document sharing;
Maybe you can help me out to tell me whether WordPress is the way to go for such requirements?
Thank you very much!
