Some publications not appearing on list

We publish a monthly print magazine, which we promote on our WP blog site.
We are using the Publication Archive widget to create a list of past months’ magazines on the blog. (The issues reside at ISSUU, and we are using the proper coding as supplied by ISSUU.) At the moment, we have 13 past issues on the list, but only 10 are appearing… even though we have left the number to appear blank, which means all should be appearing.
In fact, the newest issue we just added to the Publication Archive is not showing up on the blog page list.
Plus, while we requested the publications to appear in order by date of publication, they are ordered at random.
Any suggestions?
