I found out that some pages and post, I can no longer update. it feels totally random. but retrying the same post which won't be updated will not be updated the second time I try it also.
I have change the wp-settings file for memory usage some time ago because wp-admin was showing memory issue, but my first impressions is that it's not related. maybe plugin related?
anyone?
5 year wordpress user. I can write php code from scratch.
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
- repairing your database?
