I just recently reinstalled the Web News Theme...but some plugins, such as the wordpress toolbar, wibiya toolbar, dynamic to top, doesn't work...what do I do?

I just recently reinstalled the Web News Theme...but some plugins, such as the wordpress toolbar, wibiya toolbar, dynamic to top, doesn't work...what do I do?
Try another theme?
Switch to a different theme, contact the plug-in developer, or if you have some coding experience, try to fix it yourself. That's really about all you can do.
