I've just updated WP to latest 3.1 and the core interface (main super admin interface) has changed a bit as expected.
To go to the main plugin list, I have to click 'Site admin' at top right. From here I can go Plugins and view all plugins added to my multisite installation.
One of my plugins is called wp-filebrowser. I have de-activated this, then Network Activated it. But fore some reason, this plugin is not showing in the plugin list of my sub sites.
Any suggestions to why?

Ok, I can't edit above text, so I'm adding new text here.
I just created a new simple plugin and network activated this.
But it does not show up in any sub sites. So the network activation is not working.
I have no idea what I should do now. Need some quick help here :-/

I've figured out what's "wrong".
Plugins that are network activated, are not showing up in plugin list for sub-sites. But they are still active.
The only draw back I see with this, is if I want to de-activate a network activated plugin for a specific sub-site.

If you don't want a plugin active on ALL sites, don't make it network activated.
