By any chance, are you using a FAQ manager plugin or did you manually create each sub-FAQ page in WP?
If it’s the former, the plugin is most likely not compatible with WP 2.5 and if it’s the latter, you may need to tweak their slugs and double check to make sure they’re assigned the FAQ as a parent page.

Nope, it’s not a plugin, made those pages from scratch.
When I go to edit the individual FAQ question pages, everything looks normal. I tried clicking the save button again, but the page just won’t show up, its weird.
Does anyone know what to do?
Try naming the subpages without using all-numeric page slugs.
WordPress 2.5 does not care for all numeric slugs. Something to do with the rewrite rule changes.

That was it. When I rename the link to:
http://www.pinkfloydonline.com/wordpress/faq/a/
rather than
http://www.pinkfloydonline.com/wordpress/faq/1/
It works.
So I guess I’ll have to come up with some other way to name the pages…
Maybe I’ll use A,B,C, rather than 1,2,3.
Or is there any other way you suggest?
I’d use something descriptive. faq1, faq2, etc.
