    Hello,

Not sure if there’s such problem before. Seems like after I installed the Schema theme from MyThemeShop, there’s something not working properly.

The problem is that, when I tried to access my homepage and then sub-pages of my website, SlimStat can only log the first access of the homepage, but not any access of sub-pages. Then even if I access my homepage again, SlimStat no longer log it too. The “Real-Time Log” is where I checked.

Before I install the theme, seems SlimStat is working properly. But after I installed the Schema theme from MyThemeShop, seems it no longer works properly.

Another strange thing is that, when I change “Tracking Mode” setting from “Javascript” to “Server-side”, the following errors appear at the top of my homepage / sub-page. When I change the setting back to “Javascript”, it gets back to normal without the error.

Do you have any hint on this? What I can do or test further?

    Many thanks.

You may want to re-download WP SlimStat. DO NOT UNINSTALL IT or you will lose all your data. For some reason there’s one file missing in your folder 😉

Thanks for the reply. May I ask how can I re-download the plugin, without uninstall? Seems I need to delete it (and it said it’ll remove all data file of the plugin), before I can download it again?

And do you know why a file is missing? Would it because I install multiple plugins at the same time? Seems my website has different issues, I’m thinking to do a clean reinstall all over again…

    Many thanks.

You might need FTP access to your server. Download the zip file from

    http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-slimstat.3.6.9.zip

Unzip it and upload its content via FTP to /wp-content/plugins/

The missing file seems to be maxmind.dat which is located under wp-slimstat/databases.

    Best,
    Camu

PS: a vote for Slimstat would be a nice way to say thank you!

Thanks. I deactivate the SlimStat plugin, then remove all files under its plugin directory, and unzip the zip file you provide. Now it seems to be working normally again. Hope I’m doing the steps correctly.

I wonder why the directory / file has been missing though… Not sure if it’s some settings issues on my website or what..

Many thanks, you’ve helped a lot. BTW, I’ve voted 5 stars previously already, and can’t cast another vote any more. It’ll just let me update previous old review, not putting a new one.

    I’m glad it’s working now.
