   I've been having this problem for a while and can't find any solutions in the forums.

   I make my posts, add my images and captions, and click preview and/or publish. The resulting post is almost always missing a few images and/or has the captions in the wrong place. The images just disappear!

   If I go back and add the images back into the post where they originally were, then click preview/publish, more often than not they are still missing OR they are back but another image is missing!

   My site is at adrianaakers.com

   This is seriously cramping my style and making it impossible to update my blog... please help!

   Did you click insert into post after you upload your image?

   Yes; I insert the images into the post and they appear in the preview with all their formatting.

   I forgot to mention that sometimes the images appear in the preview/published post, but one or more of them lose their formatting. I always have my images centered and with a caption box, and format them as such in the visual tab of the editor, but then some of them lose the caption box and revert to default formatting after I click preview/publish.

   Sorry, and when I say "they appear in the preview with all their formatting" I mean that they appear in the visual tab of the editor, but then sometimes disappear when I preview the post.

   Any ideas for this issue? It's really hard to keep posting when my formatting is consistently messed up... thanks!
