Accidentally change the admin url to a facebook page somehow. Not sure what to do!? Please help. ilevelcities.com is my current site that is messed up because of this.

Did you install a page redirection plugin? If so, ftp in to your site and rename the plugin folder.
If you redirected using .htaccess, ftp to the file and remove the line.
If you don't know what ftp is, http://filezilla-project.org/download.php
