• Hello,

On two of our forms, emails are being sent to three addresses without issue, but we have multiple addresses not receiving notifications (the accounts not receiving are all at a different domain than the one’s receiving.) I assume this is something that is happening on their end, but can not determine what. We have already checked spam, fliters and blacklisting.

You could try Log Emails – http://wordpress.org/plugins/log-emails/ – Useful for diagnosing lost email problems.

The log is not showing any errors. Their email provider also does not show any errors on their end.

Sounds like the emails are being seen as spam somewhere in the email process. This is usually due to email headers (in particular the From email address used) or email content.

Emails can be considered spam for a whole host of reasons and get rejected at many points in the email process in addition to your spam folder.

See Contact Form 7 Email Issues – this links to a much more comprehensive article which also covers emails being considered spam.

See also Contact Form 7 not Sending Emails which explains in more detail the main reasons for failed Contact Form 7 email deliveries and offers some possible solutions.
