I'm having some problems with the admin bar loading on the homepage and problems with the posts page and the Next Gen gallery plugin. All of these are associated with .css files not loading. I see errors like these:

[10:19:54.779] GET http://www.tommasz.net/wp-includes/js/thickbox/thickbox.css?ver=20111117 [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 1116ms]
[10:21:03.142] GET http://www.tommasz.net/wp-includes/css/editor-buttons.css?ver=20111114 [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 992ms]
All of those .css files exist but I don't understand what's going on with the versions. Most of the .css files have ver=3.3.1, why do these have something else? Interestingly, the admin bar loads fine in the admin pages, only on the home page is it borked.
