• I have been using the Adsense Deluxe plugin on my site for some time now and hacked the loop so that two adblocks would show above and below the first post. But while single post pages feature both regularly, the second ad is missing most of the time on the home page even though this hasn’t been recently implemented. Thanks for any idea.

Please anyone? BTW, the problem also affects a tall skyscraper adunit in the sidebar of my site. The three of them are correctly shown on any page but the home page, which is driving me nuts.

Feedback on whether anyone can see all or some of them in the home page would also be helpful.

just by refreshing i can see that you’re getting some public service ads at some point as well – which typically means that google can’t find any ads to put in at the moment, so they put in a PSA or fill the space with white.

it appears that with your sidebars and everything, you’re attempting to post more than 3 instances of ads, which is against adsense terms.

in most cases, google will not allow the extra ad spots to even display, but sometimes they slip through. however if you get caught, you’ll be banned from adsense.

i suggest you read the adsense rules and terms and conditions… this isn’t a wordpress issue.

I did read the Adsense conditions and terms of service in my language. That’s why I’m putting on on each page a maximum of:

    – 3 adunits
    – one link box
    – one referral button per available referral category (just for some of the available referrals)
    – one Google powered search box.

A lot of stuff indeed, but I don’t think I’m breaking any rules, if you stick with the Adsense directions. I would definitely stop using some of those items if just someone would show me I didn’t get those directions right.

    Any way, thanks.
