Solid, extensible, well-supported, carefully managed

I shopped around a lot before settling on this plugin and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The whole process of getting set up with EDD has been incredibly smooth, and the extensive array of addons that are available has made it really easy to plug in extra features as I go.

Solid: it’s extremely well built and reliable. The primary developer is a doyen of the WordPress plugin community and it’s in a very mature state, so I have tons of confidence in the quality of the code underneath it.

Extensible: because it was built so that plugins could easily extend it, it’s also very easy to extend, customize and theme yourself. Plugins are available to save time on almost everything.

Well-supported: support is available, keeps regular hours and responds quickly and professionally. A reasonable person couldn’t ask for more.

Carefully managed: plugin updates have rolled out very smoothly and careful attention is paid to maintaining backwards compatibility. That means I don’t have to worry so much about breaking a live site when updating the plugin.
