   I'm having two problems with my blog, http://rallierallisblog.com and I hope you can guide me:

   1) When I'm go back into WordPress to make a new post it tells me to upgrade to latest version of the software, so I download the latest version, but I can't find direction on uploading to my website. I can't seem to find help on WordPress website to be sure I don't lose my files.

   2) The second problem I have is I'm getting over 200 comment spams a day to my blog, promoting other websites, and can't seem to stop it. As fast as I delete them, and 100 to 200 appear. Is the a software problem which can be fixed.

   I'd appreciate any help you can give

   1) As always, the Codex is the place for all things WordPress.
   2) Do you have Akismet activated? Also, you may want to consider another plugin called Bad Behaviour which blocks many spambots from even accessing your site. Both plugins play nicely together.
