soft redirect through htaccess? or anything else?

    I’ve got a page /by-title and I’d like it to come up at /index/by-title too… Is there anyway to get that to work? I’m not familiar with one in html besides doing an automated redirect, which I suppose I could do here, but I was wondering if wordpress had anything smarter….
