social share widget at footer?

    Hi again, this question probably isn’t actually a JP issue – it has to do with the theme and where widgets are located in the theme – so let’s see if we can figure this out in the theme thread we have :).

    Well, I’m not sure that it is a theme issue because when I used a different plug-in to make a social share button, it did appear with the widgets that are at the footer. So why would it allow THAT plug in to put something in the footer, but not jetpack?

    Hmm, well, plugins work differently…in any case, the JP guys will no doubt know more than I do on this :).

    I was able to use this plugin and get the share buttons to appear at the bottom of my posts. but even though I have “page” and “posts” selected, I still can’t get the buttons to appear on my page. the widget title “share” appears, but no buttons to click underneath

    I checked a few of your pages, and the sharing buttons seem to be displayed properly there. Have you managed to solve the issue by yourself?
