   When I click on the "Associate your WordPress account with a Facebook profile" link I just see a facebook error page. When I click on "Connect your Facebook account" it just refreshes the same admin page but does nothing.

   Actually I figured it out. I had not yet set what my application does on the facebook application page and set a Site URL and App Domain. After setting those two on the Basic Settings page of my "app" in facebook I was able to login and associate my account with my facebook page.
