   Hi,

   I want to be able to put on my site's HomePage a link that will send my site's URL to Facebook and to Twiter.
   which link should I use in order to send not a post, but the home page itself to these 2 social networks?

   I prefer direct links and not to use a plugin, but a plugin will also be a good solution.
