Social Media Share Plugin

I’m looking for some advice please on a good social media share plugin for my WordPress site.

I’ve recently moved from a WordPress blog to a stand alone website with its own domain, under the previous WordPress blog site I could set up the social media sharing through the Settings > Sharing option so whenever I created a new post, it would automatically send a link to that post to my Facebook, Twitter and Google+ feeds – it required no further intervention from me other than publishing a new post. Also at the bottom of each post it displayed social media icons for Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Email so visitors to my WordPress blog could easily share that post with their own followers, this increasing traffic to my site.

I am now looking for a plugin which does exactly the same thing for my stand alone website – I’ve downloaded and tested a few but I can’t find anything which does almost exactly what my WordPress blog site used to do.

Can anyone recommend a really good social media sharing plugin please which will replicate exactly the scenario I have described above. It needs to link to Facebook, Twitter and Google+ as the absolute minimum and automatically post a link whenever I create a new post, and also allow visitors to my website to be able to share that page with their followers.

Any help would be really appreciated.
