Social Media Plugin Redirecting to My Domain

    Good day!
    I’m having a problem with social media widgets on my site redirecting back to my blog page with the social media site as an extension. Additionally, Feedburner subscriptions is indicating a 404 error code. All of this was working, but as of yesterday, none of the widgets are working.
    My site is http://www.naturalisticallyspeaking.com. If you click on any of the social widgets (except email) they all redirect to mydomainp/socialmediadomain/extension.
    Please advise what may have caused this.
