Social Login Not Displayed

I installed this plugin. Then I refresh my page logged out, but the login things are not displayed. I tried to add ‘<?php do_action(‘oa_social_login’); ?>’ to where it should be displayed, but not working. I tried to use the widged too, but still not working.

I am using my own custom template. How can I fix this? My blog is http://d-blog.tk , you can download my theme too http://d-blog.tk/wp-content/themes/dgadget_1.1/dgadget_1.1.zip if you want to check if every codes are fine for the plugin.
