social links dont display properly and css dont load

Hi i cant get the social links to display inline, I tried adding this to css .ataa-widget .social span img { display: inline; } as shown here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/social-media-links-2?replies=2

but still doesn’t work also the css file for the widget doesn’t load i had to add text color to my theme css so i could see bio/title/business etc.
