Social Icons not linking where they're supposed to.

My social icons in the right panel widget are linking to my blog instead of directly to the social media sites. ie. They go to http://www.blog2.culturegrab.com/www.twitter.com/Culture_Grab. I have no idea how to fix this! Please help. I’ve been scouring support forums for days. It doesn’t seem that there are too many people who are encountering this.
