Social Bar doesn't appear on posts

I just noticed that the social bar does show up on posts when I’ve clicked on a link to that post, but does not show up on the posts that you see under my “Blog” menu item.

So, on my home page I have a couple of links to posts that I think would be of particular interest to prospects. When you click on one of those links, the social bar does appear.

However, if you go to my Blog page, the posts that are shown there (including the two to which I have links on my home page) do not show the floating social bar.
