Sociable Plugin showing links on article and in widget

Could someone please help me! I am using a plugin (Sociable) to add an option for the reader to share my article with social networks. I have customized the plugin, and it looks great on the posts. However, it is putting the share this links in the sidebar also (it is putting them right on top of the widget “featured content” where i have the latest posts)I have tried 3 other plugins for sharing articles and they do the exact same thing! Is there any way I can add something to the code of my site to block the plugin from trying to put the links on my featured content widget in the sidebar? Thanks in advance!
P.S. Here is a link to a test post in my site so you know what I am talking about. Notice the black bar with all the social media links crammed on it in the sidebar. I would like that to go away!
