Sociable developers site down and my web page can't load properly

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    on my wordpress 3.4.2 web page the sociable version 4.3.4.1 was works properly but few days before the web page can’t load on visaitors browsers properly. When I disable the sociable plugin the web page works properly. The problem is still on sociable plugin. When I try to visit sociable developers web page the developers page (blogplay.com) can’t load and it still closed web page.

    If you have any solution please explain to me. Beacuse my friend can’t lost the facebook total visitor and like counts on the page.

    Hi there,

    I have the same problem. The plugin was working without a problem and then one day my blog page wouldn’t load.
    As soon as I deactivated the plugin the problem was fixed. I checked several times since then but the problem persists.

    I use WP version 3.9.2 and Sociable version 4.3.4.1

    @kazimates – if you’re still on WP 3.4.2 you need to back up and update WordPress as soon as you can – it has critical security flaws. However, jumping straight from 3.4.2 to 4.0 may give you problems, depending on what theme you’re using etc. Hence the backup!

    Does anybody know if this plugin is still being developed / supported? Given (a) no update for 18 months, even to the ‘supported version’ info, and (b) the disappearance of the developer’s site, I am considering replacing it on client sites. 🙁
