   PLEASE HELP!

   I have no idea what I am doing.
   I am TRYING to install WordPress and I don't know how. Here's where I'm at:

   I have a free blog from "unrealblogs.com" and a forum from "freeforums.org" that's all linked together and the free forum has a domain name I purchased. When I go to my Admin Panel from the blog it takes me to "WordPress" for my admin panel. But at the TOP of it, it says "There is a new version of WordPress available" and wants me to download it. But I have NO IDEA how.

   I thought about doing the "Install4Free" thing, but it asks questions that I DONT know. Like, who's my host? Is it WordPress? Is it UnrealBlogs? Whats my ftp login address and password? I'm so confused.

   I know I probably sound stupid, and I'm not. I'm pretty handy with computer jargen and HTML and some CSS, but most of this is new to me. Either I'm just missing the answer and its right in front of me, or I really have NO idea what I'm talking about.

   Your forum is freeforums, the blog is made with (an outdated version of) WordPress. WordPress is no host (just the software that makes your blog roll), your host is the company you've got the domain name from.
   Your WordPress is indeed outdated. Did you get serverspace from UnrealBlogs? If not, they should keep your WordPress up to date. Contact them is my advice.
