   Hi,

   I'm running OSX 10.8.2

   Scroll to anchors works well in Firefox 18.0.2.

   DOES NOT scroll smoothly in Safari 6.0.2 but only jumps

   Scroll to top works smoothly in both Firefox and Safari.

   I can confirm that.

   The Safari (6.0.4) does not scroll smoothly with anchor links. The "to the top arrow" works fine.

   OS: (OS X 10.8.3)
