   Dear Moderators/Experts

   Please note in advance: I am new to wordpress, know nothing about HTML, CSS, etc., I am a writer not a techie. Can't get Smart You Tube to work every time. Was able to customize it, insert into HTML view of post for my Nightwish post. Second attempt failed re: wouldn't customize, didn't work whether I inserted url link or embed code, disappeared when you viewed actual post in preview, moved around no matter what alignment setting selected, and more importantly, without my touching anything made my entire right sidebar, with all its contents disappear entirely. This was followed by: it wouldn't let me open and edit my post, took too long to load post, crashed my post giving me a fatal error message, and then froze me out of my post so that I finally had to delete the entire post.    There are multiple youtube plugins for wordpress. Have you tried http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/embedded-video-with-link/ ?

   Thanks for the tip, I have downloaded it and will give it a try. BTW, do I need to deactivate the Smart You Tube plugin first or can I just add the new one?
