Small feature request

Mike,

I’ve been digging into the form shortcode options, and find very handy to be able to set the destination e-mail address in the template.

For a specific project, I need to set subject and message fields the same way (the idea is to send the post title and excerpt via e-mail), but I’ve found out that I can’t do that without changing the plugin core code, which of course isn’t the most recommended thing to do.

Would you mind adding this small functionality whenever you find the time?
