When i make updates to the website, the changes is not reflected immediately when i refreshed the pages. It takes more than 10 mins at least for the change to be reflected.
I am wondering why.
Is it a server issued?

From the source of your web page, it looks like you are using WP Super Cache.

When you get the old copy, that's being sent via the cache.
The content should be updated immediately (I think) but if it is not, you can clear the cache manually after you update your blog. There should be a drop down menu on top for that.
